Anyone have or know which suppressors are compatible with this, if any?

Zero. There are exactly zero compatible suppressors.

If that groove is a blank firing adapter, A2 compatible cans may work on it.
KAC NT4
Griffin M4-SD
Griffin M4-SD II
Griffin GP-NATO
Gemtech Halo
Gemtech GMT Halo

I think there’s a couple other older cans that are A2 compatible, but these are the modern ones that I know of. You could probably email LWRC and ask for the dimensions to help determine. I think milspec A2 is 22mm OD.

Awesome, that's what I was hoping somebody knew. Thank you.

KAC NT4 is not A2 compatible, so you can take that out of consideration

Yep, you’re right. I read the description from capitol armory (https://www.capitolarmory.com/knights-armament-556qdss-nt4-suppressor.html) and it sounded like it was A2 compatible, but after digging more it is only compatible with KAC muzzle devices. Thanks for the clarification.

No problem. I noticed that too with all the “A2-style fh” comparisons that make them sound compatible. Made me question myself for half a second haha
