Only around 160 rounds through this, I lubed/cleaned it before and after shooting and it appears that these marks are cutting into the metal on the two straight lines you see. Is this normal? BCG from S&W M&P sport II.

Normal, It's from the bolt coming back and cocking the hammer.

And probably won't get any worse.
Lightly oiled parts will lap in together like that, taking off the high points.
Although, a thin film of a good gun grease will lube better than a light oil.

This.  Most internal parts will wear off the finish to a certain level then stay that way until they need to be replaced.  Totally normal.

If you see bare metal on metal it's a good sign you need to be lubing those surfaces to prevent excessive wear in the future.
