JP used to make a nicer railed one. I wouldn't suggest lputting polymer sights on it!

Colt 6940P (piston) gas block is adjustable and the sight flips, but won't work with a standard gas tube.  6940 gas block will work with a straight gas tube, has flip sight, but is not adjustable.

Wish Colt would make one that had a flip sight and was adjustable with a standard gas tube.

Basically most gas blocks just have an allen screw that blocks the gas pathway.  Seems like it would be easy enough to make any GB adjustable if you have access to a machine shop.  A good gunsmith should be capable as well.
