Hi .
I have a geissele built URGI upper with the 14.5  
Daniel defense barrel , pinned smith flash hider with geissele iron sights .
This is the adjustment needed on the front sight to
zero out at 25 yards .
I would like some opinions on whether this is normal or if I should be concerned . I don't really know a whole lot about what's within spec when adjusting irons  .
Round count is under 1000.

If everything works alright/is not broken and you are abled to get zeroed in, there's nothing to worry about. I have a few rifles where the rear sight aperture isn't perfectly centered between the two walls.

That's why they make them adjustable. There's nothing to worry about until you hit the wall and still aren't zeroed. Even "high end" builds have inaccuracies that the sights account for.

looks like your group is 3/8" right at 25yds = 1.5" right at 100 yds

The rear sight could move left 2 or 3 clicks
