Anyone test fit a YHM Turbo?

I believe those are 1.56 diameter.  From what I'm reading, it shouldn't fit?

What the point of having M-lok slots on the rail that covers the suppressor, since they won't fit?  The only useful suppressor compatible rail has rails at the muzzle end.
