The 2/0 tapered reamer (.146 on the large end) works for standard pins which are .143 on the large end.  However the oversize tapered pins are .157" large end, what size tapered reamer is required for oversize pins since the large end is .011" larger than the 2/0 reamer?  

Will a "0" tapered reamer work, it is .163" large end.  Seems that the "0" reamer is the one required but just doing an idiot check before I buy as the reamers are expensive.

That’s correct.  If you found oversize taper pins in quantities less than pounds these days, be interested to know where.
