Was was just gifted two Surefire lights and am curious as to when they were made:

One is a model 650-06 Tactical Light that is new in the box with old style cap and early tape switch assembly (marked "SUREFIRE" & "www.SUREFIRE.COM") it is a 6 volt system.

The other is a Laser Products 1911 light that mounts on the pistol by a way of a extended 1911 slide lock, it is a 6 volt system.

i want to see when they were made and to see what era they fit into so I can put them in the right place in my collection.

My best estimate would be late 1980s, or very early 90s.

That Laser PRODUCT 1911 light is probably a 610r, they go for crazy money, the last two I have seen sold went for $1200+ each.

ETA: I put laser systems, it's Laser Product which became surefire.
