I have some IMI/Samson 158gr blue tip 9mm that I had for a open bolt 9mm smg that I no longer own. I know that a number of people advise against using it in roller locked guns, but is it ok to use in a Colt 9mm? Or should I just stick with 147 gr?

Appreciate any thoughts/experiences.

Runs fine in my everything, except the MP5. Uzi especially suppresses very well with it, and it's very quiet in my suppressed Beretta 92.

Oddly, Fiocchi and Special-K, both similar 158gr subsonic loadings, don't mess up the MP5 and still run fine in my everything else. I've mostly switched over to Speer 147gr for my subsonic needs, though, because it was much more available the last time I bought a lot. I only have a case and a half of blue tip left.
