I am looking for a specific rifle and thus far, no luck.
A Cobalt Kinetics Evolve Team Rifle with the C.A.R.S. (Cobalt Advanced Reload System)
If anyone can point me to an individual that has one available, I would be very grateful.

As you may have noted, the rifles from Cobalt Kinetics are in the premium and super-premium range, with matching prices. For instance the EVOLVE is a $5,700 rifle. Cobalt Kinetics claim to be "The Leader in Premium AR15s", and with price tags (well) above $2,000 all of their selection seem to be premium or above. Their LE/MIL models also start in the same price region.

I can't find one anywhere, and they have been discontinued since they were sold to a new company.

I've seen some of them over the last few years. You'll just have to regularly check websites and keep your eyes out. Good luck, OP.

I don’t either.

Are they all built with Rosco barrels?

In any case, best of luck to the o.p., and while I don't want a super premium AR, I have bought other high priced guns "just because" so I understand/relate to the feeling.

No, they use PROOF Research carbon fiber barrels, which are pretty much the best you can get.

OP probably wants one because the C.A.R.S system is the coolest thing to ever be put in an AR. Not to mention the Evolve C.A.R.S rifle won 2 world championships for Cobalt Kinetics.

For those of you too lazy to watch the video about what CARS is, here -

The CARS (Cobalt Advantage Reloading System) is a unique feature of Cobalt Kinetics firearms. It retains all the same functionality of a standard magazine, magazine release, and bolt stop system. However, it has an additional advantage: upon discharge of the last round from the magazine, the magazine will automatically drop free from the rifle. Following this, upon insertion of a loaded magazine, the bolt is automatically sent into battery. This effectively eliminates two entire steps from your manual of arms

There was one on Gunbroker not long ago. Didn't follow the auction to see what it went for.

Maybe check there periodically to see if one is listed.

Who cares if it's a "good value"??  The man wants one, and he is willing to pay the price to get one.

He didn't ask anyone if they think it's a good idea to buy one.  So either help the man find one or STFU.....

Other than the white color it is a pretty cool set of wheels I would like to take it for a spin.  The CARS system sounds nifty if it works as it says 100% and for the price tag it better.  I wonder how much longer they have on that patent.  As cool as it is to rich for my blood right now.

OP is probably just someone who, like collectors, wants something rare and different.  Perhaps it will increase in value, like some art.  Doesn't really matter if it is objectively functional or better than something else.

I hope he finds it.

I know the feeling of buying what you want....I almost lost my insanity a few weeks ago on eBay

45 years ago when I was engineering school I had a Pilot vanishing point mechanical pencil, double click, first click extends the point.  I paid $6 for it new a the LSU Union.  My nostalgia took over and went on eBay and I found one...I stopped bidding at $135

I also paid $400 for a 45 year old Hewlett Packard HP 21 calculator that I used in college, it was like new and a $25 scientific calculator will do 10X what it does, but I had to have it.

But with all of that being said, I would have a real hard time paying $6000 for an AR, but get what you want and need are two different itches to scratch.  That is why at 65 years old I am surrounded by piles of crap I wanted but did not need
