Barrel is 13.95” length which takes a ton of muzzle device options to make it up to 16.1”.
I read this on another article and would like to find a flash hider or linear compensator to bring it to weld for the magic 16.1 king approved length.
Thanks

Surefire Warcomp will get you there.

Maybe just a linear compensator.  Surefire is extremely proud of their flash hiders.

Smith Vortex is 2.25 but part of that is threads so I think you new pistol length barrel needs a pistol lower.

You can get the DeadAir flashhiders or Comps cheap ($45-$55) on the EE often.  A SF Warcomp or Nox will also get you there.

Most of the sites I go on mention thread several times but no diameter or length. They want people to buy without any dimensions. Aggravating.

Forward controls 6315km long.
2.7”. Marketed to bring 13.9” barrels to 16.1 assuming threaded portion of barrel is correct. An option I’ve been looking into. But all I need is the none “long” version, as I’m using my 14.5” barrel.

Have you decided on your muzzle device choice yet?

I have. I bought a VG6 Delta off EE and I had 223 jam nut that I installed first then the crush washer to time it and installed the delta. I like the design and well over 16 inches now. Already has the hole in it so now to drill pin and weld. Thinking I may get another 13.9 or 14.5 barrel and get same brake flash hider. The hole is big enough for a 9mm also if someone has a 1/2x28 9mm threaded barrel.
Will talk pictures when finished.

I don't have a welder and guys at work know someone that might but haven't gotten it welded yet. Will take pictures when completed.
