I did a BONE HEAD MOVE TODAY, I dropped Bolt carrier into receiver today without charging handle installed.

How do I get carrier Out. I have a wood dowel I can insert in Barrel, hit with rubber mallet. Or do I have to fire and hope that the bolt will lock back and then I  can put unloaded chamber indicator to prevent bolt from locking INTO BATTERY.

Please advise

Open the port door and push it out with your thumb.

Good. You can also stick you finger in the hole and pull it out.

See you already fixed it, but the above works easily.
