I'll try to get you an answer from the folks at the International Ammunition Association.
Looks copper and aluminum. Tungsten is not going to be lathe-turned IMHO. Any more info available? When and where did it come from? Do you have a box for it with any markings? Multiples, or is this a one-off? |

Super cavitating ammo.
If that's not it, it looks like high speed light weight projectile meant for being relatively frangible like some of the Lehigh defense stuff. |

Per the IAA, this looks like South Korean "MEA" Multi Environment Ammunition. Trying to combine in-air and in-water performance. Some have tungsten (likely an alloy) cores and supercavitating design. One name associated with it is "Duretek".
Not sure if still experimental, or a gimmick vs. legit offering. |
