Also, before you put the rig back into service, pull the charging handle all the way back, and take a measurement of the distance from the bolt face, to the back of the bolt catch. On a blow back 9mm right, 3/8" is the max you want the bolt to retract behind the bolt catch/running forward for the catch lifted to stop the bolt. If needed, pull the buffer and spring, and start dropping quarters into the receiver extension to use as spacers to limit how far the back the bolt can retract behind the catch (buffer spring will hold them in place once installed).
Lastly, as the bolt is clearing the top of the the bolt catch, check your clearance, and on some rigs, may have to face the top down on the catch, so the bolt does not tag it on the forward stroke when the catch is down.
Simply, bolt allowed to free run too far, or catch too tall in the receiver, and it going to end up with either bend/broken retainer pin, or catch in two pieces instead (as the bolt catch slot in the lower is getting peen to hell as well).
