Multi position/Adjustable? Try the Magpul UBR Gen2. Comes with its own receiver extension/buffer tube though.
If you simply want strongest, then pair a fixed stock with that steel tube. |

The Ace DoubleStar M4 SOCOM is a beast. Pretty ergonomic as well.

Solid hardwood A2 stock should be plenty heavy duty enough.
Uncle sam decided the standard A2 were sturdy enough to go to war. What could you possibly be doing that could be worse than that? :D |

Magpul PRS? Make sure to get the .308 version. They are different.

UBR. Only adjustable stock I've had that felt as solid as a fixed stock. PRS is nice also but it's a little long for my T-rex arms.
