I am looking for a first-time optic purchase doesn't need to be fancy.

Any happy Romeo 5 buyers out there? Any UNhappy Romeo 5 buyers out there?

Amazon has it for $129 Here. Good deal if you have prime for free shipping.

Amazon deal won't work for me (my trial prime ends in 2 weeks cannot make this purchase anywhere for at least 3 weeks).

I am less interested in bottom line price as I am dependability.

Honestly Primary Arms/Holosun/Sig/Trutec is nearly the same. Each manufacturer has different tolerances though. All 4 are good to go.

I just picked up a Holosun HS403B on Ebay for $100, deals are out there. Only downside is this is the model with the battery tray(Sits a bit higher.. but its going on a Shockwave with the low mount, no big deal.)

Truglo Trutec Basic Mount $120
Truglo with QD Mount, $158
Primary Arms Rotary Knob (Low Mount Only) $150
Primary Arms Micro (Low Mount Only) $170
Sig Romeo 5 $130

Holosun/Sig/Truglo are nice because they come with a basic AR height mount. With the PA optics you have to buy one.

All those prices seem pretty high.  I just purchased a new one from eBay yesterday for $94.  Anyone know of a QD Mount that will work with these?

Purchased the SIG Romeo 5 today. With ACE Hardware coupons to pretty much take care of the sales tax the OTD price was $149.
Yeah, I could have gotten it somewhere for $20 less but would have had to pay shipping and possibly sales tax so in this case I'm happy to do business locally.

That seems like a pricing error, guessing it was $125.  The listing was removed.
