dtt sucks. my buddy cheaped out and bought one of their upper build kits. the port door was cracked in half, out of spec gas block, airsoft quality hand guard etc. when i built it for him its lucky i have lots of spare parts

I bought a DTT buffer kit. Poor internal finish on tube, and the buffer had a crude slug of metal instead of weights.
I would avoid. Who wants a heavy fluted barrel anyways? For hunting go light. I went with AA, 18" light fluted. Barrel was $200. Not expensive. |

Sometimes... saving a few dollars, based on words, rather than hands on.... isn't a bargain.
I'm sure we all have bought items that didn't live up to the description... and for me, those prices are to good to be true on manufacturers I have never heard of. And after poking around on the internet... No thank you. A lot of nasty claims. |
