Does the barrel have a threaded tri-lug adapter or is it machined into the barrel?

It is machined into the barrel.
You will need a 5.25" rail or shorter to be able to attach a suppressor.

Breek Arms sells an affordable 5.25" rail that works well with this barrel.

Thanks, was hoping it was a removable adapter. No suppressor, oh well, guess I could shoot it as is.

Mine is machined on.  No cover needed.

I was uncertain about it at 1st, but it really seems to work well. The suppressor has never worked itself loose or moved that I can tell.

Looked at a blast can type device for a tri-lug but man those are expensive!

Blem 4.75" models, $70.  Cheapest I've seen them.
