FWIW... and I can't possibly be the first to realize this..

If you buy a 4" Mini roller frame from a paint store, and bend the metal rod reasonably straight.... a 4" mini roller cover or a 6 1/2" mini roller will work as "Mop" for the inside of your BCG channel, magazine interior, and buffer tube.

The frame and roller covers are dirt cheap. And come a variety of nap sizes.
