You should be good to go. Especially on a carbine.
The F FSB was made for flat top receivers. But it’s also needed on A1/A2 carbines due to the shorter sight radius. |

If it's actually F-height and not just F-marked; rifle length - standard post shall be below flush with the deck. Carbine length - flush.
