Look @ smokecomposites.com, I am not sure what their max length is but I had then make 2 308 handguards (large inner diameter) to fit the AR15 platform so I could run my 1.75' diameter suppressor inside the handguard and they turned out beautifully. As a bonus rhey are lite and strong. I will post a pic when I get home this afternoon.

Dang it, forgot about them. Which makes feel extra dumb since I have one in AR15 size. Website says to email for custom lengths, so I’ll be doing that right away (I’ll update w/ their response). That should be a pretty good match with the Proof carbon fiber barrel I have.

I have a couple of the 18" MI forends on two 24" M5 frames. I also have several of them on 24" AR-15 frames and am quite happy with them. Less than half the price of the custom made rail also and you have M-Lok choices for side and bottom rails and accessories.

I have a Faxon 20” barrel sitting in the parts bin. I might go with the MI for that if I can score another M5 upper. I have a couple MI fore ends on my small frame stuff. They’re my go to for budget builds.

Here is mine, it is a 308 handguard (larger inner diameter) on a AR15 so I can use a large diameter 1.75" OD suppressor. It is 15" long so just a bit of the suppressor sticks out. I love this handguard and it is the 2nd one I have.

What's the weight of the 15" Smoke Hand guard with the rail on top?
I have a 15" Smoke guard with out the rail...8.2 oz with the barrel nut |

Is your barrel nut steel? |

Smoke's website says...6.9 oz for the rail + 1.63 oz for the barrel nut =8.53 oz so I don't know why mine only weighs 8.2 oz with the barrel nut |
