Anybody ever use one of these with a 5D jig? Thinking about one for a dedicated .22LR.

I have one of those Zombie Green ones on my dedicated .22LR rifle.  I didn't mill it with a 5D jig because I have one of the older Modulus HD jigs, but there is no reason it shouldn't work with the 5D.  The poly cuts like butter.  You will probably want to turn the speed on your router down pretty low.
