Looking at the Okay 30 rounders at Primary Arms, they "look" like they have Magpul followers, but the description does not specify this. Do they, and is the vague description is intentional?

Their website just says it's four way anti-tilt, so it may be a copy.

All of the Surefeeds I've gotten for a while now have all had Magpul followers. And D&H, except for one from 2013 which had the USGI mint green follower.

Any Surefeed mag that's not an E2 came with a green Magpul follower.

They started that around 2011 when they were still sold by NHMTG.

Hence my question. They "look" like Magpul followers, why don't they say so in the product description?
