I would get the PSA based on the gas system. Dissipators with gas ports too close to the muzzle can have issues with some ammo.  The PSA should be more reliable.

16" mid-gas is most reliable 16" gas system, IMO.

Rifle gas 16" has to be assembled correctly with just the right sized port to be reliable. They might do it correctly, but mid-length is solid.
