I've bought from DSG many times without issues.
I don't have experience with their branded parts, but if the price is right, I would go for it. |

DSG is good to go, recently went on a ride along with the local PD and the officer I was with was rocking a complete DSG upper. He swore by it.

They're GTG. I have no proof but I suspect their barrels are Ballistic Advantage.

I've bought from them several times over a number of years and they were always GTG. Even when stuff was scarce, and tensions high back around the Sandy Hook timeframe. They were selling uppers and pmags for normal, even sale prices when many other vendors were raising prices. I’ve bought 2 uppers from them. A 300 Blackout and a 5.56. Both were great. I’ve also bought ALOT of other stuff from them and never been disappointed.

Best in the business. I'd rather buy from them than anywhere else.
I've bought from them online, from the storefront in Fort Worth, and from the mobile truck and trailer setup. Great dudes, and they make things more than right if there's a problem. If you have the chance to check out the mobile setup, you should. It's an F-550 with 30 or 40 foot gooseneck, both covered in graphics, and full of cool shit. I'm in no way affiliated. |

DSG is a great company to deal with. You can always get someone on the phone and rather quickly.
Just be aware there are two differences in the DSG-branded uppers; Utility and Duty. The Duty ones cost a little more, as the builds contain better parts. You can't go wrong with either IMO. |

I've been ordering online from DSG for about ten years now, I think. I really appreciate their First Responder discount, which makes them the first place I shop, since their prices are already good before the discount. Their shipping one of the best things about ordering from them, especially when they do their $5 or $7 two-day shipping. They actually ship the next day, and you get it two days later, rather than getting a shipping notice immediately but not seeing any movement on the tracking for several days after.
I'll be honest, I've never had to work with their customer service because I've never had a problem with an order. The one time I talked to them was when I pre-ordered something, and they called me when it came in to confirm my order and shipping address. If I recall correctly, they have a policy of confirming your order if it's been more than 90 days since you placed it. Come to think of it, it's probably time for me to place another order with them... |

As you now know, they are awesome. Recently made a order Sunday night at like 2AM, had a ship notification my around 7:45AM and rec'd by Wed. I've used them for years and they were always fast. I think I even ordered a pack of magazines from them back just before the mag ban in CO (used to live there), and they even called me and told me they would make certain I had my order in hand before the deadline, and I did. |
