Kicking myself for not picking up a set when they were $29.99 a few years back.

The low ones? They would work, but would you really be able to get your eye behind them. Might be better suited for something with a higher rail, like the MR556

Can you?  Yeah.  Will it work well and be enjoyable to shoot?  No.

Unless you're putting it on something like this that has a higher rail, even then I would prefer something like Troy micros.

Yes, but but without a 1/2" riser or a low/no stock setup.
