The Democrat ran City of Columbus, Ohio had banned Magazines with a 30-Round capacity.

Citizens are to turn these "Death Mags" into the Local Police.

I've heard that the Police are overwhelmed by the number of Law Biding Citizens turning their mags in. Predictablely, not one Criminal has complied.

It was never legal in the 1st place.  Ohio has preemption laws.

Yup, the state should slap this down ASAP and not allow to take effect.

Columbus and the cities that want to pass these laws need to deal with preemption first.  They are just playing the games of we'll pass it let it take effect until the courts say otherwise.  Utter bullshit.
