You can have just about anything these days if you can find it in stock, but I've never seen what you're looking for. You can have a carry handle, and no forward assist, and feed ramps, but you can only pick 2
 That being said, I see you aren't new here, so surely you know that an upper w/o ramps is likely to work just fine with a barrel that does have ramps. But, if that's not to your liking, ADCO advertises that they'll cut ramps in an upper for you if you aren't adventurous enough to do it, yourself. |

I know it's likely to work but sometimes my brain get annoyed when it knows something isn't right, so I had to ask. I'm not against having ADCO so some work to it, I've had them do work before, but I'd like to save on gunsmithing if possible. Anybody else maybe ever heard of one? |

A lot of people seem to carry them OP, but all appear to be OOS.
If I might ask OP, why are you specifying M4 ramps? |

Fulton Armory used to have an A1 similar to what you described....they don't list it now, presumably because it's OOS? I bought one last May.

Fulton had slickside uppers with M4 ramps.
They take stuff off as it goes out of stock. The slickside uppers came served with a side of chromed BCG for $349 bucks. |

I also came close to pulling the trigger on one of those, glad I read the full disclosure. I can deal with finish flaws, but that was too much to worry about the $40 difference. |
