Not a 22 but I ordered a 5.7x28 upper in January and just received it yesterday.

Just got a 22lr. 4.5" barrel and bolt combo. It took a little over 3 months from when I placed the order.

I ordered on June 30th. They initially sent an email saying they are built to order so everything would be delayed. Then got a 2nd email maybe a week later stating that everything is now delayed even longer for no real reason. Then I emailed back asking for any kind of ETA, to which they responded with:
"We are unable to provide specific lead times at this time. All we can say is that most orders are taking much longer than we would like. As soon as things start moving forward on your order, you will receive updates from us via email. Until then, sit tight and we appreciate your patience. If it helps give you an idea, we are seeing most orders take well over 6 months." So don't hold your breath, ha. |

I was able to find a barrel and bcg from a reseller and got the combo in a couple days. Inventory is bound to dry up, so my sympathy goes out to anyone waiting on CMMG direct.

I keep seeing 16" barrels and BCGs show up on gun broker but no 8" barrels. I don't understand it. Optics planet says my order is shipping tomorrow but we'll see if they actually got a shipment from CMMG. |

I wanted a 16" barrel, and got mine from Sportsman's Guide in a couple days, having resorted to building something nicer after failing to find an in stock Resolute 300. Waited 7-8+ months (can't even remember the exact date I placed it)for a 5.7x28 radial delay upper and magazines, for a personal build for my wife, finally gave up last week.
I understand lead times are hard to predict in this market, hell it is what I do for a living, but the CMMG "order and you get in line as they are 'built to order' , but we aren't going to give any ETA's" is to say the least, a little disappointing. Sven Manticore Arms |

A month ago I had clicked on the main CMMG ad because I was curious about the Zeroed line. I saw something that looked okay and might make for a good repair part, their bolt catch. Ordered.
It showed up a few days ago, no tracking at all
