The wear on the rear of the bolt lugs have me concerned. The "shiny" parts are my area of concern.

Did you pay a new price or a used price?

If you want a new bolt, buy a new bolt.

I never bought into the enhanced BS and have never broken an extractor.  I use Colt gold springs.

I have one hard chrome plated LMT BCG without the weirdness. I have a lot of rounds through this rifle.

I only paid $100 for the whole thing since he got it $200 new back in the day when LMT had a dealer's program with our gun store. I already have a new bolt, but I figured I could sell this one if it's safe.
