So do a charge back on the card and move on.
I'm not a Botach pimp, but if in 2020 you can't manage a simple credit card charge back without drama, you probably don't need a gun or magazines. |

It's annoying when you have to deal with incompetence, deceit or just plain unprofessionalism. Using COVID-19 as an excuse doesn't cut it either. Sooner or later, you'll get Botach'ed... |

I ordered some mags from them last year. The entire order did arrive, eventually. The prices were good, but it seems to be a roll of the dice ordering from them. I haven't placed any orders since.

I've avoided them due to the stories I've hear, but this fall & winter they were one of the few to have some things in stock I was looking for gave it a shot & now have had 3-4 good transactions. They've been a bit slow on shipping, but that seems more the norm now days. Maybe I'd better quit while I'm ahead then.

I'm sure I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but I stopped ordering from Botach when they quit offering free shipping and started charging sales tax. Despite the stories, it was worth the risk for the good deals, and the couple orders I placed were a little slow but turned out fine. Now with tax and what I considered to be fairly pricey shipping added on, there are plenty of other places that have comparable prices and better customer service without the risk.

They are so retarded that they turned off their phones. Some of their staff are using their personal cell phones to contact customers. How do I know this, well I got a voicemail with a request for me to call them back at a number, so I did. Got a voicemail greeting that said "Hi this is ....", not an actual business voicemail greeting, someone's personal phone greeting. Eventually got in touch with them and talked to a person, and they confirmed it was legit and they are using their personal phones sometimes.
So the fuckers are screwing their customers as well as some of their employees.  Took forever for them to ship in-stock items. Ordered an ACH and it took three months or a little more to get it. B |

They have some good prices on mags. The ETS and E2 prices are about as good as you're going to find anywhere. The only problem is if you roll snake eyes on your order...

I bought my PWS mk111 upper from botach. In stock at a good price at the time. No issue. Ive read enough to only try them when I'm desparate. I do still use optics planet. Still no issues when I make sure items show in stock, but I have a friend who got screwed on a shipment from them.

Old school arfcommie here. Botach hasn’t changed. I had 5-6 good orders +10 years ago and then one went off the rails. Had to fight them to sort it out. Haven’t bought from them since.

I just ordered some level IIIa soft body armor from Botach, took a week, it came in yesterday.
I have ordered from them time to time, and OpticsPlanet. So far I am batting 1000, but I know sooner or later it will happen. I only order if I know I can wait or do without the product. The armor was an impulse buy |

I ordered from Botach twice so far. I wanted some gun mufflers from them and they showed in stock. I waited a few weeks and they eventually canceled my gun muffler order. I got a pair from a different company. I did order a few of the Okay Surefeed E2 magazines and they only had the gray ones which was fine by me. It shipped in a few days and got a it a few days later. I used UPS instead of the USPS so it cost a bit more but I got them. Most of places I was looking for E2 magazines were out stock.

I have ordered from them countless times and never an issue. Last order was for an EOTech EXPS2-0 in April 2020. Shipped within a few days and received without an issue.
They were my go-to for Okay Surefeed for the longest time. I stopped buying those after 100 or so magazines because I have enough. Every shipment received without an issue. Usually either their 6 pack or I would order 10 at a time. Never an issue. |

If anyone looked up the Owner.. Including some relatives.....they might think twice about some of the info out there.
This thread just made me look up who the owner is... which led to some interesting relatives, and some of those relatives fraudulent dealings with the US Gov. Can anyone confirm the info out there is true ? If so... not a chance in heck, that I will be ordering from them. Remember the movie "War Dogs" ? |

I've ordered from them once, for a relatively rare item at a good price, and had no issues. I'm not sure I'll risk it again. Ordering from Botach seems to be akin to having unprotected sex: most of the time it's fine, until that one time it isn't.
