Anything that claims to penetrate deep into the metal is bs.

I have not used the above product. I have been using CorrosionX since it came out many years ago. I live on the coast of Texas and everything rust here sooner or later if not maintained due to salt in our humidity. I have removed firearms from storage that have sat for 7 to 9 years, in the house with no rust on them. It is not a bad cleaner and a passible lubricant. I am in the process of test Strike hold on a couple of Comps and barrels that are exposed to outside regularly and also on some equipment to see how it does. So far so good but has only been 8 months into the test with Strikehold so we will see.
