I was just on Barrett's website to see if they were offering anything new in the REC7 piston line for 2022.

No sign of the piston guns at all. They seem to have been dropped in favor of the REC7 DI. I also downloaded the 2022 catalog. Same deal there.

Too bad, if correct. The REC7 is (was) sort of the unsung hero in the AR piston world. Nice features and simple rugged design.

I had 2 of them in 6.8 including serial number 7, never had issue with them except the twist was too fast for the hot loads SSA ammo I had

I went there to check it out and saw it was no longer listed. Bummer, but must not have sold well.
