Hi guys,

I recently acquired this 723 kit and was curious about the date of the barrel manufacture. Some other kits that came out of the same batch had dates of "06/96"

Mine only has a "16" stamped on the barrel where the date code would normally be. I assume the barrel was made prior to 1995 as thats when I recall the 4 digit date codes going onto barrels. Any help given would be greatly appreciated.
