Same as title. I have a few PEQ15s that have functioning IR but the vis lasers are broken. Can anyone walk me through disassembling the unit and replacing or troubleshooting the vis laser?

This may be totally wrong, but if memory serves me correctly you pretty much can’t. I guess the thing is filled with.....something and even if you take the housing off it’s one big brick of....whatever.

I could be completely wrong though.

On top of that....aren't most of the screws or certain outer parts all epoxied? You'd have to basically chip away at them to hit the screws and then go about disassembling it. I believe there might be some parts inside that are epoxied too. If anything I'd say it's just not worth it. You're better off selling it to someone looking for a broken or won't mind a unit with no vis laser, recouping what expenses you can, and getting a new or used one with working vis.
