Hi all, starting a new build and having some issues with the FCG. With the trigger pulled and held to rear, I cannot get the hammer to move passed the disconnector and engage it, the hammer just bounces off the disconnector. Only when I release the trigger slightly can the hook engage the disconnector.

I've tried multiple triggers, disconnectors, hammers and springs all mixed from functioning lowers with no avail.

Is my Anderson lower the problem??

You have to install the safety selector when you test it. Trying to do it without the selector in place allows the trigger to be pulled further than it normally can travel.
