For us it came down to reamers. We couldn't get our hands on one, the backorders kept slipping. Now that we have a reamer in hand, we just need to get the barrels finished up and shipped out. I wouldn't be surprised if other barrel makers are in the same boat.

I had a Faxon 18" barrel for sale for two months at 300.00 and nobody even contacted me about it. Ended up building a practice and load development rifle out of it. I have three 6mm ARC rifles and one of them is a match grade barrel that shoots .3 MOA. It will be competing in Gas Gun PRS next season.
Should have jumped when the barrels were in stock. Their are some custom barrel folks building them with less wait time, but probably a little more money. When I first started looking I wanted a Proof barrel, they told me 12 to 18 week turn a round, I passed and got one made and delivered in 2 weeks. But that was the end of June. |

Brownell's has Ballistic Advantage 16", 18", and 20" in stock as of this posting. I just ordered the 18".

Looking for a good match barrel currently. Had a carbon proof lined up but just found out the deal feel through ???????????????? and advice??
