So i got a NIB 6720 last year and the only way i can get the front takedown pin to pop out is if i pop out the rear and fold the barrel down infront of the magwell.

What would be causing this?

Tight hole tolerances & upper/lower drilled slightly off access? I've seen before. Shooting a few hundred rounds  can generally loosen up in my experience.
