V-Seven weapon systems has some in stock, but it is pricey. Looks like a nice barrel though.

Just curious, why a 12.5" 300BK ?
And as for cycling subs, are you just shooting subs or super and subs ? |

If you are looking at 12.5", you are going either pistol or SBR, so take it down to 8" or 8.5" (which is the length 300 BO is designed to run).
I'd look at BALLISTIC ADVANTAGEs offerings. |

Not sure if that applies to OP or not, but best not to say he's wrong if he doesn't have much choice in the matter.

12" offers longer rail and still allows velocity to get up around 2400fps.
Subs and supers. If just subs, I would go 8-9". |
