Not a military standard target and the zero instructions are incorrect. Zero at 25m is done with the "L" sight then when done with zero flip back to the unmarked and you will be zeroed at 250.
Also, the M16A1 with the 1/12 twist is very poor at stabilizing the 62gr M855 bullet.
