I have googled and tried to search the forum with no luck. I was wondering what the best magazine would be for the 204 ruger round in the ar15

I would start with a standard magazine.  The case is based on .222 Rem, the COAL is the same as .223 Rem.

I'd use a single shot block, if I were interested in accuracy.

I use steel mags. Trying to remember which ones work best. Can't remember the name. But plastics mags drag too much and sometimes don't feed. Also, anything larger than a 20 round can bind in the magazine.
