As others have mentioned, watch this video.  If you're going to spend $500 on a couple of triggers this is worth your time.

It might not answer all your questions but you'll be better able to ask new ones and interpret the advice in this thread.

I would also agree with this logic. In general what impresses me most about Geissle triggers is the degree of engineering R & D that went into designing them. They  have a wide variety of units for every application. In the video Bill Geissle also claims to be using the same high quality manufacturer as Colt for his triggers and hammers. That set me at ease on the reliability issue as well as the user reports from those that have fired 1000's of rounds with them. BTW, that video should be watched by every rifle owner looking to change triggers. Great info from the guru himself. .
