I have a new Riley Defense Classic wood furniture AK. I'm a left handed guy. I don't want to change furniture. I would like a 2 point adjustable sling. What are my options for attachment points?

AKs are tricky to sling if you’re a lefty like me. My under-folder has the rear sling loop on the left side, as well, further complicating things.

Something like this might work, just loop it under the gas tube. You’d still have to worry about the charging handle stabbing you if you rolled over on it, but the AK is surprisingly left-handed friendly. The safety can be operated by the right thumb, the charging handle can be run while keeping hold of the grip, and the mag release is ambidextrous.

Arguably the AK is better if you're left handed.

The IDF slings use paracord attachments and will easily work let handed on an AK. Not super tactual looking but they do actually work well as sling.

On my AK's with standard style handguards I use paracord on the front sling loop, makes attaching the sling easier.

That's a wire loop from Blue Force Gear.

They make an AK sling as well that includes one of the wire loops. I combine that with an Echo 93 pistol grip sling mount and I'm set.

Blue Force Gear - Standard AK Sling - $45              Lando's Armory - BFG AK Sling - $38

BFG - Molded Universal Wire Loop - $18
BFG Metal UWL - $24
