Gun is an old Arsenal milled SLR101 with:
* AK-47 countour barrel * definitive arms gas block front sight * pinned/welded keymo muzzle device Want advice on handguards. I'd prefer something decently lightweight. I have a t1 type microdot, not sure where to mount it right now (wavering between cowitness RS regulate, attero arms bravo and something low profile over the gas tube).

I'm worried the ultimak will interfere with the operation of the gas block. It has a rotating collar that is in direct contact with the gas tube that adjusts the gas volume.

The Ultimak is designed to have clearance on both ends, so it should not be hard up against the gas block or rear sight block, you should be good. |
