I did in 2020 and eventually got my stock. Took 9 months and I never got any email or phone response either.

I've ordered from them and it was only a few weeks after than my VZ58 rail arrived.

Really nice products, but really slow and non-responsive business.
I knew going in it was going to be a long wait, so I didn't have any illusions of service, let alone fast service. |

They won't stiff you, but they are known for slow shipment, you can find a lot of posts on AK Files about it.

Ordered a folding stock for my SAM5 at about 9:00 PM on 6/10/22 expected delivery 6/15/22 fingers crossed.

Weird about the long shipping times, I order a folding brace and it was delivered in about a week or so
