I am trying to create an account and they have allowed the captcha to expire so it is impossible to move forward or contact an admin there to let them know. If someone would let them know I would really appreciate it.

They are very slow with registration. It took me over 6 months and a few emails to the admin to get registered

Pretty much my experience too. Slower than a DMV employee.
