Reading some threads here and I’m looking to give the TulAmmo 154 Grain Soft Point Ammo a try. I’ve found it on different websites with different manufacturer SKU codes - UL076214 and UL076208.

Are these codes both used for the same ammo?

Examples:

UL076214 - https://www.targetsportsusa.com/tulammo-7-2-39mm-ammo-154-grain-jsp-steel-case-ul076214-p-110089.aspx

UL076208 - https://www.ammunitiondepot.com/1522-tulammo-7-62x39mm-154-grain-sp.html

The president of Tulammo, Alexei Solovov, owns both the Tula ammo factory and the Ulyanovsk ammo factory now.

He owned the Tula plant and when the Ulyanovsk plant went bankrupt, he bought it and formed the distributor, Tulammo, with ammo from both plants.

They might be the same, or they might each come from each of these two plants.

The first link looks tempting I'm currently(or soon will be) getting back into the AK 762 and I'm trying to figure out the go to for ammo and what is decent.

It's hard to figure out all the imports and companies so I'm definitely no help but I should grab some to try having never used soft points in 762x39

It's the same ammo. The different numbers are because one is a 20 round box and the other a 40 round box.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to post and help. Very much appreciated.
Unfortunately, neither is available now. And I guess because of the ban neither will be available again.

I have a few boxes of 154 and 196. The idea was to use it in my AMD65 for home defense as it would be slower because of its weight, plus be slower in the 11" barrel - the purpose being less over-penetration. This didn't really pan out once I studied the velocities and energies involved. Imagine a 196gr pointed bullet at 1000 fps - it carries a lot of energy and potential for penetration. So then I thought that I would go the opposite direction and get an SKS with 20" barrel to actually get more velocity out of them, but I hated the SKS and abandoned that idea. Now I still have the AMD65 but I also have a ZPAP92 pistol, so I'm keeping the heavy loads around for further deliberation.
I wish I had more of them, and like you say, we might not see them again, at least until we get the White House back and can get these orders repealed.

Based on the mfg. number prefix of UL I'm guessing Ulyanovsk for both.
