I don't own a 106. But I have seen posts where people have an SLR-106 they like. The main complaint seems to be the proprietary mags and their cost.

Wow the AK world is small, that's the guy that refinished my Romanian AK and, my god, did just such a great job you wouldn't believe it. The attention to detail and that Metacol finish is unreal.
A few days ago I put a deposit down on a Jm Fuller Rifle Dynamics AK74! Thanks for the link and while I would completely trust a rifle from him, I couldn't wait to wait for one so I went RD |
