Anyone loc tite the rails? I just had my scope come loose... I know how to and did now just mechanically tighten it and have adjusted it to the max. Its super duper tight. Like.... Can barely shut the lever. Is there any other tricks to avoid slipping again? Or just see how it goes after re tightening it?

Obviously user error is a real possibility
