Recently got a 7.62x39 Saiga, everything is converted but he front end. What parts will I need to make it into a ak100 series/ akm style front??

Bulgarian AK74 sight block, gas block, and handguard retainer.

Original Bulgarian 74 brake will need to have the end bored out to over .310" - maybe more like .350" otherwise the larger 7.62 (.310") bullet will strike.

Many of the 7.62x39 models don't have the small side millings where the handguard retainer locating tabs go, these can be lightly dremeled in. You'll also need to make the circular channel for the retainer locking cam. This can be easily done with round files.

Probably $300 worth of parts now. Used to be cheap enough that you could just buy the whole parts kit for $120ish

If it's a Saiga-M model, the above parts won't fit due to heavier barrel profile.
