Were would be the best place to find one of these? I really just want a spare to have around. I guess this is a specific bolt that holds 7.62x39 but has a thin stem like an AK74.

That's a thick stem/short lug bolt. Won't work with the SGL series. OP, you're kinda SOL unless you're okay with a US made bolt:
